Hello Augustine, please watch our video regarding general requirements of Immigration Law 2020 in Germany: kzbin.info/www/bejne/eKqWpn2nqsyAqrc. If you have an academic degree BA/MA from a non-EU country AND your university is a recognized institution (there is a link to anabin Datenbank under the recommend video where you may find out if it is recognized) then chances are high that you can get your degree recognizeand, find job and get residency and work permit!

@GermanyCationGethiredinGermany4 жыл бұрын
Hi BD! Thats great that you have a strong intention to come and work in Germany! There is a strong demand in engineers and IT specialists! However IT specialists have to have at least a couple of years of professional experience in the past 7
@GermanyCationGethiredinGermany4 жыл бұрын
In the past 7 years 😔. So the best way is to get your university diploma recognized first! Find out why anabin doesnt recognize it. Your first qualification has to be recognized (not only assessed, because the profession of engineer is regulated). If you chose to go this way then you will get work permit only for this profession! Don't give up and find out the reasons why they declined. Maybe it is just a certificate or course that you can do on top and your degree will be aquivalent to the German degree! Good luck!

Thank you so much! Danke

Hello John, if your work experience has been in IT field for at least 3 years (which I see is the case) in the last 7 years, then you can apply for a working and residence permit (without formal diploma/degree) as the new Immigration act 2020 says! I would really recommend to call the official line of the employment agency: +49 (0)1801 555111 or consult the site of www.make-it-in-germany.com I hope this will help, otherwise feel free to write me again!

Hello Mohamed, your university degree (if acquired at a H+ or in other words recognized university) is enough for getting a skilled workers visa. What is the minimum German Language Certificate needed to apply or work ing Germany?
@GermanyCationGethiredinGermany4 жыл бұрын
Hi Christian, well it depends. For example IT specialists have to prove language skills at an intermediate Level (B1 or B2 in Terms of the european Framework for languages). So it is already rather a confident speaker. But there are exceptions and if the language at your future workplace is not German but for example ENG, proof of German language skills may be skipped. Depending on your Profession and academic Status the requirements are different. So I hope I could help.
