Low Force to High Force by drone. Part 2. Bleabeck Force and Force Garth quarry - Cemex UK.

Second part of my afternoon out flying the Mavic pro platinum along the upper Tees river. This time a little further upstream than High Force.
It's always nice when people stop and ask about the drone but the lady who tried my FPV goggles for a short flight made my day - thank you. I had to stop not long after reaching Bleabeck Force and Force Garth Quarry as there was only a couple of hours daylight left. Lovely walk in this beautiful place.

Some of the best drone footage I have seen ,with an atmospheric score. Bleabeck Force is an absolute revelation .You deserve a million hits.

Beautiful footage John, as always. On Sunday I did a walk from Bowlees past Low, High and Bleabeck Force and then up Noon Hill and back via Howick Fell. A beautiful walk at anytime of the year. Cheers 👍

Just look at those amazing Autumn colours. Beautiful flight and such lovely landscape. John your so lucky to live in an area with such stunning views. Where I live its completely the opposite lol. So one has to scratch around a bit to find some good scenery. Lovely video John as always and that music, well just magical my friend. Well done.😀👍👍👍👍👍

Hi Kim, thanks, I'm pleased you enjoyed the video. You're right of course I live in a beautiful part of the world. Low Force to High Force is one of my favourite walks, although it's about an hours drive to get there, roughly the same to get to the Lake district or Northumberland. Being retired is a big help too since I now have very few ties. Struggling to find new music though, so this one has already been used on a previous video.

Brilliant, how far can you fly it from where you located ? very clear,

Thanks, I'm pleased you enjoyed the video. The law limits me to 'visual line of sight' - about 500m. So the video has to be stitched together in multiple parts. For example, fly to the right for 500m then turn around and start recording , fly back but keep going to your left for 500m - you just achieved 1km in one continuous flight. Keep doing this until you covered your desired distance - good exercise too. If you meant the limits of the drone from it's take off point, the manufacturers says 4.3 miles in ideal conditions.
