tysm for awesome explaination it really helped me get through this chapter which was been tough for me once but after 3 times practice now its perfect!!!!! homework that ya gave us : asset cost - 100,000 P.O.D first year - 20,000 2nd year - 16,000 3rd year - 12,800 total dep - 48,800 Asset disposal - (by P.O.D - 48,800 by bank - 60,000) to profit and loss a/c - 51,200 at 60,000 profit will be 8,800 :)
