Great , informative, but one question is in my mind , as far concer government having some data ,how many stamp shakuntala be printed, so how is it possible to make fake stamp to run in market? Nobody have to check n audit...???? Sevond question is what zbt the theory of computer virus????pls explain...

Well according to sources stamp papers were not technically fake. As they were using the same machine and the same printing color so there is no way they have any difference as the same corrupt people were making those stamps. The stamps were fake in the sense that they are making these stamps illegally... Audits were done but as you know this scam can't be done with just 2-3 people. A lot of corrupt people were involved in this hierarchy and everyone was getting their cut...
