Thise who are wondering: According to my understanding from Sheikh’s talk, it is not recommended to drink while standing but it is permissible. In other words, it’s preferred to drink sitting down however you can drink while standing. It’s not a sin to drink standing up.

As Salam Alaikum wrb brothers and sisters. Prophet Muhammad saws used to have his meals sitting down. I am pretty sure the drinking of water was as follows. Which means sitting and eating drinking is patience, you all go to restaurants and sit and eat and enjoy your drinks by sipping slowly.... Allah loves patience and calm down to earth personality. My Suggestion:- SIT AND DRINK AS YOUR LIVER AND KIDNEYS WONT BE BURDENED BY THE FORCE OF WATER.

Sheikh explained it at the closing statement, that it's permissible to drink by standing up, but not recommended. This concern might related depending on your local custom. Some country see drinking while standing is unethical, but generally it's not a problem in Islam because the prophet salallahu alaihi wasallam do both. Means that if you able to drink while sit, do it. If you can't with any reasons, you can drink while standing up, or even walk. Don't make yourself difficult with trivial problem and looking for chair just to drink water.
