It really depends on how many hours per day (of home health care). Assisted Living is less expensive than 24-hour home care.

My dad is in the hospital now with bladder cancer surgery. He can't walk, he can't control his bowels etc. He needs to go somewhere, and the hospital has already suggested a nursing rehab until he can walk. He is refusing, and refusing to try to get up and walk.

Can they walk around naked? Can they their owe income. Can they choose Ice cream instead of fruit Can have 3rds when eating.

I don't think any place would let a resident walk around naked in public areas. Yes they can have their own income. Most places will monitor the resident's health/diet, which would determine the answers to your remaining questions.
