Did I screw something up and have varicocele recurrence, by having sex too early? I had LEFT varicocele surgery and within 5 days noticed enhanced and spontaneous erections, better orgasms as well as testicular enlargening. I ended slipping up and having sex with my wife at 9 days after my surgery. I have since noticed my erectile function worsen and smaller testicles and it has now been 1 month.
