We are going to Astana in the winter? Do you recommend to use taxi or to rent a car?

I am not sure how comfortable you would be to drive in Snow. Yandex is pretty cheap for within city travels and highly recommended. You can also check with SUVTours - [phone] they specialise in SUV tours and absolutely recommend it. Check the Kolsay and Charyn canyon videos for what to expect

Hello - I would recommend at least two full days in Astana if not 3!! There is a lot to do and see and gastronomical choices too. Its a new city so a lot of modern futuristic buildings, but Almaty has my heart❤️
