Greetings from Argentina. I have lived and worked in Kazakhstan for 10 years. I want to note that you are such a kind and bright, very pleasant couple!! You are just incredibly, very positive people. I just started watching the video. Russian Russians and other Slavs I will tell you why many people answer you in Russian, because there are almost 4 million Russians and other Slavs living in Kazakhstan. They don't learn Kazakh, so some Kazakhs are unhappy with this (which is logical), but Russians consider it to be Nazism. I wanted to say that Kazakhs are very pleasant and sweet, unlike Russians. your husband is a real viking lol😂

@@SilkyRonTheRoad, good salaries brought me to Kazakhstan! Kazakhstan is a very rich country. There is a lot of oil and resources there. Therefore, many people go there to extract oil, but I am an engineer, and I designed the construction of skyscrapers. I received about $4,000 a month. There are many migrants from neighboring countries like Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan. The Kyrgyz mostly cleaned the streets, the Tajiks sell vegetables, fruits, make shoes, the Uzbeks they repair the house, build houses. In general, they are engaged in this field. But migrants from Russia work on an equal footing with Kazakhs, in the field of IT, banks, etc. There are also many Turks and Hindus there ;) According to statistics, about 5 million migrants work in Kazakhstan every year.

@@SilkyRonTheRoadI advise you to visit the Expo 2017 pavilion, in 2017 it was visited by about 3 or 4 million people from all over the world. Also look at Abu Dhabi Plaza, I was a designer there. There is also a botanical garden, the world's fourth largest mosque and a large Mega shopping center (which is also one of the largest in the world).

You got it wrong. For many kazakhs Russian is the first language. That is why they speak Russian, not to accommodate ethnic Russians, but for their own convenience.

I hope you enjoyed the performance of Dimash at the opening ceremony of the World Nomad Games. Dimash, the biggest star in Kazakhstan and National Treasure, is considered to be the Worlds greatest vocalist. Please look up his KZbin channel, Dimash Qudaibergen. He has many songs in English and many,many other languages. He sings so many genres from Rap through to Opera, and often expeetly mixes them all toether in one song. He is a phenomenon. Yes, Kazakhstan is a wonderfully friendly and stunningly beautiful country it's also huge, the 9th largest on the planet. Love from the United Kingdom ❤

Wow if you're there for the Nomad Games you must have seen Dimash Qudaibergen's performance last night at the opening ceremony. He has two concerts on 13 /14 Sept in Astana Arena, do get tickets he is phenomenal!! He is Kazakh. I visited KZ in 2022 for his concert in Almaty, will you go there? The Canyon and Kolsai lakes are very beautiful and a must visit. ☺️ I'm from London 🇬🇧

Helloooo,I'm so glad that you're visiting our country.I recommend to to have a trip in Turkestan(the oldest kazakh city)which is very beautiful,bright and has some historical sights.If you want more hiking experiences-you should def go to the east kazakhstan,nature is more greener and least touristical more mountains Also many tourists with groups in big car go to the Mangystau region(Mars on the Kz)😊
