@@quinny98 Not entirely sure either, but Astarion's probably referring to his multiple victims who were taken with his beauty and his body? and complimented him endlessly during sex he did not want? If you play as Durge, you're told he doesn't believe you will ever like him for more than his looks. But he seems to hate poets in general, Cazador, Dolly Thrice...
