Hi, thanks for your video. Just I bought the hotel Max MS919 and I was under the impression I can program ECU and BCM but I found out is not possible and my question is with this remote expert can we program any car and is there any cost involved, and is applicable for any brand beer models?

Yes, you should be able to do this by accessing asTech Mechanical via Remote Expert with the MS919 for a wide variety of OEM brands.
