Asterix & Obelix Slap Them All Review

A 5/10. I just dont understand it why people had so terribly negative reviews for no reason. Im actually Biggest Asterix die hard fan so i get it is a beat em up game but i still want it anyway so i do wanna have fun with this beautifull game.

@Enzo Araujo Tbh my biggest problem with this game is the price. 40 digital and 50 for the disc version it‘s just way too high, since it‘s very repetetive, due to reuse of filler levels, level design and boss battles. There are no unlockables, bonus stuff, or online play. Other arcade beat em up games on release had much more stuff and were cheaper. Still this game looks georgous and I do recommend it, but for a much lower price tag, which I expect that, in the next couple of months. Like you, I couldn‘t wait, so I had that bittersweet taste. Hope you enjoy it ✌️☺️✌️

You think i should get the remastered version or the OG version? I saw them both in the Microsoft store

@sergioperez09 you mean the romastered 1-3 right? aren't they currently on sale? I haven't played them, but they do look fun. Price is also really good

@carleedos yeah everything is in special rn the romastered versions are 2 dlls and the OG one is 2:49 but idk which one to get because I heard that the OG is better somehow.

@sergioperez09 The old snes games from the 90's are goated and def. the best Asterix Games. The other ones I am not sure, but I guess for that price you should be ok. Pricewise the best would be to just emulate the classics and get the newer ones.

@Vlado Montezuma Thanks and I hope you enjoy it. There‘s def potential. Like adding some new story chapters from comics that weren‘t in the game. Belgium, Swiss, Italy etc. Or maybe a new game mode? but I doubt that. I‘m gonna tweet Mr. Nutz Studios and Microids, maybe they‘ll answer 😅
