My concern is what happens when and if a big hurricane hits Miami? That water so close to that building and windows are going to get hit. Big time. Hopefully it will be able to withstand that. It’s cool that Aston Martin is getting involved in luxury real estate. Bentley is doing the same too.

as a person that lives in miami, itll be fine. there are plenty other buildings also next door to this place and on the waterfront and have had no problems during hurricans and flodding.

Goes to show there's really no concern with these banks when it comes to this "Climate Change" nonsense. A direct hit like Andrew would def do a lot of damage to all of these buildings. The bigger concern is the Foundation, we all saw what happened in Surfside and this area in Brickell is notorious for flooding with just 15 mins of rain. What the long tern damage is each time it gets flooded only time will tell.

@@TuWang-mr2nu well the last major hurricane hit tampa not miami. and it completely wiped on out tampa unfortunately. and that couldve been miami. but as for miami itself we do have heavy rainstorms and itll just be the typicsl flooding, heavy traffic, and people calling off work and school just like any rainy environment. Miami hasnt had an actual huriicane in many many years

I'm sure the engineers counted this possibility, especially when buying the land to build. Also, banks aren't stupid, so they wouldn't lend money (except maybe with a huge interest rate) if a disaster could happen

I don’t get it. What makes this tower ‘Aston Martin’ apart from the branding? There is nothing that particularly links it visually or stylistically to the car. It looks like every other ‘luxury apartment’. Change out the logo and you wouldn’t know the difference. This feels cynical at best but mostly cringe.
