This building is breathtaking and will be one of the best condos in all of Miami/Brickell. However, if you purchase a condo here, do not install expensive art, and only decorate your $10 million dollar condo with IKEA furniture because when (not if but when) the hurricane hits, this building along with your condo will be flooded out and very badly damaged.

The first floor of residential areas starts at 4th floor i believe, how does it going to get flooded? Badly damaged? Do you realize it will be built by top-notch material, to withstand super high winds and comply with highest regulations ? Do you think these people are dumb new york girls? These are world class developers. Mandarin has been #1 5 star hotel chain for quite a few years now, you think they did not take things into consideration?

It’s so dead that our vacancy rate is under 3%, You still can’t get a seat on the subway, traffic remains as bad as ever, good luck trying to get a reservation at the top restaurants, and even Fox “News” renewed their corporate lease to remain in NYC for 20 (yes 20) more years. And for what it’s worth, I love Miami too, love the Mandarin Oriental and actually know the person who manages the MO hotel in Brickell Key as I’m a frequent customer who stays there often.
