I appreciate videos on this topic. I've had OBEs since I was a kid by accident. I later did some of the Monroe stuff. I find it confusing though in the occult community in regards to astral projection because mostly I see people saying it's just closing your eyes and imagining leaving your body. I always felt like that's not it at all. When I've had OBEs I'm not having to consciously will the world around me same as when I'm in regular consciousness. I just find myself outside of my body. So many occult teachers seem to think it's just imagining a vessel near you and going into it and then basically going on a script like path working or something. Always kept me very confused. I've had lucid dreams before too and they are certainly different a OBE.

I think the full out of body experience is more advanced and takes control and a deeper level. I think the full out of body experience should be the goal.
