Unfortunately, we mere mortals, as smart as we are, need visual instruction. It easier to grasp seeing it done once and it sticks in the memory. Thanks for the visual instructions, it makes it much easier to operate my new VX7 chlorinator. (Even though I read the manual) Every product should include a link to support the 'Instruction manual'. Kudos. I can now recommend this to others.

Hi Pool Doctor, I have a same chlorinator, it says no flow , and I have already clean the cell , but the no flow light still on. What can I do? Thank you.

Hi Vincent, The condition of the centre electrode plate may offer you a reason. If it is pitted/corroded back further than the other plates then possibly the electrode is depleted. Also worth checking are the power connections to the electrode. If they are not clean or the wires seperated from the pin, or not properly contacting the brass ports then you will get 'no flow' readings on the box. Mostly the reason is due to continuity, in that the current passing through the plates does not complete the loop because a plate is damaged, corroded or missing.

on the display appears the words "Not Power ", what does that mean? pump stays on
