The godhand and their intentions plus the thoughts of mankind making beings like the idea of evil which in turn affects mankind really reminds me of the Warhammer chaos gods. Also there's Slaanesh from Warhammer and Slaan from berserk so I think there's some borrowing going on somewhere

Their empire stood for 60 million years, but collapsed in 5000 during the start of their fall. By the time slaanesh was born, 95%+ of their race were so obsessed with experiencing heightened emotions that they had turned from things like art and adventure to brutally raping the dead body of their friend while their family watched on mid orgy. Pain and pleasure cults where everywhere, each finding new limits for the pain and ecstasy they can experience through themselves or others. Femto and fulgrim wouldn’t get along at ALL, and fulgrim may be a worse person than femto is and that’s saying something.

The astral world really is a vast dimension of many layers with realms for certain creatures with certain traits to thrive or expand in. Also the spirits aren’t all filled with anger but also sorrow, depression, lust, and other negative emotions that strengthen its presence to possess someone in the physical world or to simply exist in someone’s presence

but since the "idea of evil" was created by humans in response to suffering. Doesn't that mean that there is an even deeper, more primal, and foundational true cause of suffering. Since suffering existed before the idea of evil (Since the Idea of evil was created from mankind's subconscious desires for reason), doesn't that mean that there is an actual truly independent entity/entities separate from mankind's desires and influence, that can act separate from humanity's subconscious will and desires, regardless of whether or not its good or evil?

Without going too in depth I think suffering is just a result of the universe being indifferent to us. What happens isn't good or evil, it just IS. But we perceive it as bad because it's happening to us. So we want a reason for the bad, something to blame for misfortune, and to bring us salvation from it.
