Check the voltage at the sensor. One of the wires MUST have 12 volts with key on, and another MUST have ground

Stupid question, I'm not a car guy but does that sensor connect to the catalytic converter???
@OnlineAutoRepairVideos4 жыл бұрын
It's not a stupid question, and the answer is not it's not. It's connected to the exhaust manifold

What about in a 95 honda accord they have one sensor .but it keeps throwing the code
@OnlineAutoRepairVideos4 жыл бұрын
If you replaced the sensor, and the light comes back on for that sensor, then check for the proper voltage at the sensor.

was the exhaust not supported well? what does one do to remedy the movement? glad it was an easy diagnosis/fix.
@OnlineAutoRepairVideos6 жыл бұрын
It looks like the harness came apart from the exhaust not being together, then when they fixed it, they didn't notice the damage to the plug OR the moved the pipe around to fix it, but didn't notice they messed up the harness.
@emptytomb49676 жыл бұрын
ok now i understand, since i "didn't understand it, so," i "watched it again". when you said pulled to the side, i thought you meant while driving, but you meant while they fixed it. man, they didn't see that?? you would have seen it! haha

Where is the oxygen sensor relay located!?
@OnlineAutoRepairVideos6 жыл бұрын
I'm not sure if this vehicle even has one. The power wire comes directly from a fuse which is powered by the ignition.
@omarsiddiqi6 жыл бұрын
@@OnlineAutoRepairVideos which fuse is for the O2 sensors then and where is the location?
@LostinCynicism6 жыл бұрын
I've read else where that it's fuse 6 www.hondaaccordforum.com/forum/general-tech-help-7/where-02-sensor-heater-fuse-located-16075/

I commented before on a previous Honda video. Saying the 6gen Accords are one of the worse cars on the road...period. Transmission problems on both 4 and 6 cylinder engines, faulty ignition switches, fuel pump relay issues,possible engine fire from the power steering hose leaking on the exhaust, alarm going off in cold weather without the remote, even had to replace the engine also. And last but not least the EGR passages clogged with carbon. It was easy to work on and fun to drive. But I couldn't trust the car. I had to previous Honda's and were reliable. This car in particular makes me despise Honda. But great video. Love the content.

Wow, I think you are the only person I heard that hate Hondas so much, but hey, who would know better than a person who have owned a few. THANK YOU for appreciating the video and content, that says a lot!!

@OnlineAutoRepairVideos6 жыл бұрын
YES!!!!! I was messing around with it on an f150, then one I did the plugs in, and it does have misfire counters, along with other misfire features. I'm not sure if that data is available for all cars, but I will hook it up to one of my vehicles and see. That is a great question, and hopefully it can do other vehicles.
