For anyone wondering, the voice at 7:26 is spelling letters in a clear french prononciation. It says the following (starting at the drop) : e s a r i n é u l o m t é e s a (then it repeat itself). It doesn't mean anything in french, maybe it's spelling an ancient word to worship some kind of deity who knows (you can hear a voice saying "vile" in the background so it wouldn't be a stretch)

It's the first few letters in the french esarin alphabet, on repeat. Esarin was developed to help people afflicted with locked-in syndrome to communicate easier because it orders the letters by how frequently they're used instead of the traditional alphabet. The first time I heard this song was at a show and I recognized it because I happened to have _just_ watched a movie (can't remember the name) that evening that used it. Blew my mind.
