Technically, Bijelo Dugme the group who made Djurdevdan published the song 1988(Yugoslavia). The song was a derivative from Ederlezi which was already said in the comments which this song is a remix of. Also, Bijelo dugme originated in Sarajevo, Bosnia. Sorry to say, man. But its understandable as we all belonged back then in good old Yugo.
