It's the countdown for new astro game called "Astro Bot", the game already out thats why it show 000 days.

It's a free update, it should be auto download. If its not download, just higlight the game press option then "check for update"

Is there anything at all does show the update already installed? New message in main menu, portal/elevator in playstation labo show up, new gacha ball with PS5 console and acc?

Did u already highlight the game, press option then "check the update" to make sure its say "the game or app you have installed is the latest version"? If the update still doesnt show up inside the game i guess try delete the game then reinstalled it.
