So i got me a cancer moom with mars in aquarius in his first house and its kind of a great set up to observe the traits of aquarius mars. Cuz he has all this emotional fuel nd his mars kind of has this fascinating effect in gauging his emotional outbursts. Cuz im quite sensitive to my environments and totally pick up on how heated he can get and how well he hides it from me specifically. He doesnt want to me see how mad he can get lmao. But he isnt very good at hiding his emotional nature. Aquarius is a masculine sign and in men, he is totally very serious about his territories and protecting peopl that he consideres to be his people.A lot of the typical masculine traits that are found in men are honored in this sign placement and these people adjust quite peacefully to their human nature. Its a huge task for an aquarius mars to navigate the cancer moon within, but its a great set up to observe the stregnths and weaknesses of an aquarian mars. In a male-its emotionally healthier than u would assume at first when u see how quick they are to tell someone they are over dramatic or acting out of impulse instead of seeing a situation for what it is. They love to be the voice of reason, but thats when they stop trying. When they are wrong about a thing, they keep trying until they are right or resolved. This is both about being creditable and helpfull to others. Mars in aquarius so attracted to things that are obscure and uncomprehensible cuz they hav a life of actively exploring explanation and breaking down information that isnt easily understood. He claims to be very emotionally intelligent. Which i would presume so be a very aquarius in mars claim. Blending intelligence nd emotional nature together would be his specialty. Checking in behind the scenes of people nd their emotional displays. Having knowledge like this equipped is a well-earned defense mechanism. In arguments he is capable of dismantling all of YOUR actions and words and even acting as a bit of a passive-agressive therapist. The greatest downfall to mars in aquarius tho, is that he can be easily blind sided by people with the same knowledge. They also hav a lot of strategy behind their actions and intentions. They hav layers of intentions even. Not to mention Aquarius is the zodiac sign of release and releif, so after years of maturing nd growing, the mars placement carves out large and complex neural pathways connecting his attemps to releive himself of stress and pressures thru lots of mechanisms and skills to cope(which may work against him when certain situations call for more care). This placement in the first house makes a person display their totall ability to be stress-free and unbothered. Suggesting detatchment from emotions, but this is no valid observation. They are mostly just highly skilled at mitigating emotions and sort of becoming a large cavernous reception center of emotional flow. Over time, mars in aquarius learns how to deal with emotions of such great magnitude, that smaller-magnitudes hav very little effect. They may be convinced themselves that they hav become detatched. But to suggest they hav an unnatural disconnect is just....not the reality. Ir just isnt doing this placement any justice to assume detatchment from emotions. Many placements are quite capable of putting emotions to the side for logic and reasoning to take over. Even a leo moon has some capacity to persue logic over heart. Aquarius in mars is highly complex and more so just takes greater spans of time to express greater spans of emotions, with a hint of spontaneous and unpredictable outbursts. The more emotionally charged up they are below the surface, the harder this placement has to work. So recovery from emotional exhaustion comes in equivalent parts. Not that aquarius is all that capable of balance; but they are wonderful healers and see much beauty in stillness and appreciate taking breaks and giving thmselves the space they need to breath. Mars in aquarius manages well in tight space, but they know they dont deserve it.

The only thing that I have to criticize is the gendered planets. It seems kind of outdated and old school. I believe that Mars isn’t just for men and how they act when they’re attracted, but for more masculine individuals. Venus isn’t just for women, but for all feminine individuals. Some men are more feminine and some women are more masculine. It all sounds very heteronormative.. It’s not so cut and dry (to me). Just like the moon isn’t necessarily the mother, but whatever nurturing figure you have. That being said, I do enjoy your analysis and listen to your vids to enlighten myself
