IF means you only eat during a few hours of the day and fast (don’t eat) for an extended period of time. I normally do 6 hours eating and 18 hours fasting. Triple Pisces here(sun, moon, rising). Yes, aging IS on my mind as I will be 66 in March. I may not have a lot of time left. Most of my life I have had to wear multiple hats and spread myself thin. But the last 15 years I have lived alone and had to only focus on myself. It was necessary but I am ready for change. I look forward to a new chapter which will most likely be my last chapter! This reading is spot on for me now - I am currently going through a personal 9 year in 2024, so in 2025 I will be in a one year. All this year I have felt the need for freedom. I turn 65 in April and I am just over work and tired (feeling old) and I will if I can hold out retire in June 2025, and move back to the coast where I have a unit. It is rented until end of May. Hi Lada, Cancer Sun, Scorpio Rising, Sag Moon. You mentioned healing with Jupiter in 8th house and feeling lighter. Ive had very significant childhood and adulthood trauma where this healing wasn't really wanted but forced upon me due to compounding trauma. Ive never known a person could feel this light. Its like loosing 100kgs of stress ( Jupiter in 8th) & during all this I began seeing a healer who started me on my ancestral and inner child healing ( Pluto entering my 4th). These two energies have been such a strong force in my life, I'm truly amazed at astrology. I didnt seek this healing out either. It just landed in my life as if this is now what happens. I began investing as Jupiter entered 8th and have made significant gains. Aries rising - I’m still so traumatized from this last fall when mars was in our 4th house. I had to unexpectedly move which was the 3rd time in 7 months. And that transit was only a month or so.
