If U learn to master your Breathing Pattern, U can change any situation. We were just speaking about this today. Earlier I used to be a bit darpok. When I started observing myself in those situations, I noticed I would either be out of breath, have increased heartbeat. Then I would take deep breaths along with mentally picturising myself in a powerful position & also surrendering to God. It worked miraculously.
