I am a pisces, but I wouldn't call myself lazy. I am selective to what I give my energy to. Yes, I may not be as determined when it comes to career maybe, but that's just cause I don't feel as much fulfilment from gained money or power. However, I'm a complete workaholic over things that drive me, for instance, I am absolutely too interested in philosophy and psychology, reading books about it, learning about it or even creating art as I can absolutely dive deep with sleepless nights when I'm inspired to paint. And in those spheres you would never call me lazy, in fact, absolutely driven. But that is just because I see a purpose and deeper meaning in such things. And since these things cannot really be measured in a specific way, like money, it is easy to assume that I am wasting my time and gain nothing from it, hence, doing nothing and being lazy. Just like Aries is the first sign and is the child of the zodiac, Pisces is the last and is like an old man. And old people rarely have the need to go prove something to the world, in fact, they would much rather just enjoy life by connecting with something deeper and being kind to others.

I couldn’t agree more!! As a Pisces my motto is literally “work smart not hard” haha.. I think it’s also about going with the flow. At least it is for me. Everyone rushes around me and I take my time and I get right where I need to be. So why would I rush too? Seems wasteful. And that’s so on point. People think I’m so weird because money and power are of little interest to me. I have what I need. I have no interest in chasing either. So my trajectory in life is very different than those around me. And most just do not understand it. But that doesn’t mean I don’t work hard on the things I’m passionate about. 🫶🏼🙏🏼

I’m a Taurus and I met this Pisces guy in a bar one time, he was a complete stranger to us yet he treated me and my cousin as if we were old friends, not only tHat, he offered and bought us drinks, and everyone else drinks too, we didn’t even ask for it. Of course we appreciated it but at the same time I was concerned. I am Pisces sun. This video is full of over generalizations about our sign. A person is defined by many factors from psychological, social, genetic, freewill and the biography of his or her childhood. Besides, a person from astrological perspective is defined by a birth chart full of different signs and elements. In my observation, astrologers tend to define Pisces in a negative slant. Toda Raba Rabbi Kin. I am a pisces who swims upstream and take the path with most resistant left all known environment and comfort. It brought me important lessons in life later on I learned how to help others - when I feel what is going on in them. Definitely not the one who wants to stand in front but the one who does speak when silence falls or if there is confusion. To me things do happen and come to my feelings quick as well all situations are for me a puzzle to solve rationally and perhaps I use my intuition and when things are achieved or right it brings me so much good energy. Definitely not swimming back but always go forward to the new by starting being thankful each new morning. Hmm being born on February 19, as a youth my mom always said I was an Aquarius. As I reached adulthood I realized I am a Pisces & have thought that the past 30 years. This is great. I can hear echoes of Linda Goodman in some of what he says about Pisces. I love it when rabbis, priests and imams talk about Astrology because most are afraid to because YHWH, G*d or Allah supposedly condemns Astrology.

The Rabbi used Linda Goodman's real life examples because, from the Rabbi's experience, she did the best job in describing the Sun Signs. Judaism has no problem with the Astrology dealing with character which is supported in many Judaic sources and can help with character refinement. What is forbidden is predictive Astrology.

The only problem I have is how Astrology can work for those who live in the Southern Hemisphere given that the seasons are reversed. According to Goodman and other Tropical Astrologers the Signs are based on the seasons (if you read her introduction in her book Love Signs). Does the Rabbi have any thoughts on that?

@@jamesgreaves3023 A thorough description of the differences between Sidereal and Tropical Astrology does not lend itself to this platform. However, please rest asure that [in the Tropical system at least] the Sun is in the same position in relation to the Zodiac for everyone in the world, even in the Southern Hemisphere. The physical changes in the seasons on earth do not matter. What matters is what goes on above the Earth. Although the Tropical system is calculated based on the equinoxes and solstices and their coordinates, it still has as its foundation the Constellations, but is not the Constellations themselves. So when astrological charts are made there is a built in adjustment to account for the Southern Hemisphere because the "observer" sees different stars, but the "Heavenly bodies" that are affecting people on Earth at a given time are the same for everyone everywhere. Rabbi Kin has stated that from his experience and research the Tropical Sign appears to be the more accurate one in describing the people that he has met. Any differences that may exist that seem incongruent to the Sign are usually due, for the most part, to the Ascendant and the position of the Moon, as well as other planets.

I have seen that the Tropical Zodiac works in the Southern Hemisphere too, despite the reversal of seasons. As you write in your reply, the influence of the Zodiac is from the heavens.

I think conservative is a better description of Taurus than rigid. Taurus is one of the most loving signs in astrology. The negative side would be rigid of course. Love and morality are not at odds. They are in harmony. Hitler and Lenin were rigid because they lacked love. They lacked God's love and morality which made them very evil men and full of their corrupt egos. One's Astrological Sign is determined by the Sun's position at the time of birth. Therefore, you need to know your secular birthday. The Hebrew Lunar calendar will only coincide with the Mazal for those not born at the end or beginning of the month.

I don't believe astrological signs are in single control of this but I believe 2 fish ( or 4 ) can be quite happy together,. a glass of wine, a loaf of bread & thou,. They can be together without the stress of feeling they must interact all the time, .then come back together & talk for hours as if only minutes, about what they've read or experienced,. I think they're less likely to leave as they are less likely to feel restricted,.. Just my opinion :)

I knew a pisces who was evil.... not like a typical pisces. So, What about pisces women? This is about men. Rubbish really. You can't just go on Astrology. The Pisces I knew was so kind he gave all my furniture to someone else. Never paid for anything, sponged off of me and drank too much and smoked to much. He didn't talk to everyone, he looked down his nose at everyone. 9th of march is his birthday. Eventually, he tried to kill me to get pity for himself. I survived him but never again......
