Depends on what you mean. If your referring to someone needing to be babied. It's important to recognise that every person needs to feel understood and nutured in ways that are tailored to that individual. Taking the humanised approach is not in everyone's capability as the correct amount patience is required. Some people are too hard or come from a time where emotions were not valued. Some people need boundaries and discipline, while others need love, understanding and attention. It's important to identify people's needs as they transition through different experiences.
