It's launch day folks. Everyone will be able to enjoy this game. In this episode I go through a few things that I missed before and try to help you not maker the mistakes that I have made. I also do a few more upgrades and find a place to get Celesite that I didn't know about before.

Ethan's keycard is in the bunker under the nickel you showed us last episode. There is a miner behind the research station, and another on the trip between the warp gate and the yellow dome where the sulphur canisters were.

In the base linking the mine and the crew quarters, you can use the builder tool to break down the beds, this will give you fibre. Also in the gold shielded area you can harvest the plants for fibre.

Thank you, I found it in the red cave but not where you found yours. Mine was before the first supply box on a ledge overhead. I also place an teleport where all those nickels are with an miner. I do like those teleporter. 😁

Surtr, in this video when you went to The Darius Kane site, if you go past that toward that square looking crash site floating then veer right, look down. You'll see an oxygen dome. Right above that dome you'll see a cluster of ore. That is Nickle. And it respawns.

There's a dead guy floating in one of the wrecks that you can scan for a suit. I just remember he was floating up near the ceiling.

If you recycle the Zero-G Regulator it will provide the recipe in the advanced crafting station.

7:38 I think the fragment is there. It is behind a rocky wall, with holes in it that you can see through, inside a gelatinous blob. It is hard to see and not out in the open like the others. I think it is through that door where you see the purple on the ceiling immediately after opening the door, then search the walls for an opening. If you haven't gotten the fragment inside the blob, then that's the one you are missing.

That isn't the mining fragment that I was looking for. There is another type of large deposit miner but thanks.

I spent 7 days building up reserves in the demo, thought we were keeping our crap, That was a kick in the arse. Oh well just another 7 days to get back were i was. Remember scrapper for ice, scrapper gets you 5 , miner gets you 3.

In the areas that you cannot walk or fly becasue debri is in the way , try using the grab tool !

if i remember correctly the last mining fragment is near the other two in the cave if you look around down one of the corridors there is a pile of clear ooze against a wall that the mining fragment is stuck in

I game ending bug I found, I use the airlock as air supplier then remove it to continue my journey the issue is if you die before arriving to base it will respawn at the last location of the airlock but since I removed it glitch out and you start to fall as if your in gravity with no ability to move in any direction so all you can do is reload in the game… but you will respawn in the starter pod wit your stuff in backpack and white square where your tool are. That because your game have restart and you have lost all progression and the base you have build before… So be careful while using that method….

Also I think it have to do with your last base visited itself being a spawn point and not the bed like in Minecraft. Not sure if vehicle are also considered spawn point but I doubt it. Option A) A way they could doit is if they make a buildable spawn point that is part of the starter kit and one pre-made in the spawn pod Option B) is to recall all base and make the active base closest to your dead body be a spawn point.. or something akin to it

Has anyone tried sleeping in a bed to restore health? Seems like this was a mechanic in Subnautica, but I don't think I've seen any streamers try it with Astrometica.

Does the T1 mining speed mod actually do anything? I tested a few "before and afters" and the speed was unchanged. I asked on Discord and was told I need the T2 mod to see a speed increase, which makes no sense.
