Could you also upload a video of the 405,000 year cycle caused by the gravitational effects of Jupiter and Mars?

Thank you but you did not mention that the eccentricity rate is currently dropping. Here is the question how does scientists determine if it is dropping or raising?

Hello Professor Michel Van Biezen, Just wanted to know the values of Ra and Rp you've taken for minimum and maximum eccentricities are accurate. Because if they are, then why is it that the semi-major axis remains same for all the scenarios (93 million miles)?

For a more "accurate" description of eccentricity may I suggest you look at our astrophysics videos which cover that in much more detail. The numbers here are just approximations based on a good first order estimate. With the values shown in this video, they will be very close to the actual values since the eccentricity is still very small.

as the Mayan Calendar calculated before the cycles of 26000 years which 4 cycles equal 104000 years and ice ages happen.

The Sun [cycles] too plays a major role in Earth's climate. So many different factors to include/exclude etc. lol

Remembering lesson 21 of 23, does this mean Ice Ages won't happen when the orbit is ronder (R=0.000055)?
@MichelvanBiezen

+Cultura Ambiental The ice age will be less severe during that time. Ice records show that during the ice ages temperatures still fluctuated from cold to very cold.

I believe Axial tilt is more important in determining ice ages than orbital eccentricity

So at least we humans can live for a 100000 years in the best case scenario. Or since the precision changes every 26000 years, but the time it's 12000 years Northern Hemisphere will be sahara and Australia would be an Iceland.
@MichelvanBiezen

Not quite like that. About 10,000 to 20,000 years ago, the Sahara dessert, was covered with plants and many types of animals lived there. We have found rock drawings in Lybia that shows rivers, trees, and all kinds of wildlife.

Sir , the 14.5% closer is comparing between the average or between the two numbers ?
@MichelvanBiezen
@MichelvanBiezen 7 жыл бұрын
It is the difference between the 2 extremes.

Michel van Biezen What confuses me though , is when I try to calculate how much further away Aphelion is from Perihelion , would it be 99315000 - 86685000 / 99315000 x 100 , or simply 14.5% further away . Thanks in advance !
@MichelvanBiezen
@MichelvanBiezen 7 жыл бұрын
I would divide the difference by the average
@jordonfrancisco9270

Michel van Biezen Would this only apply when calculating how much further ? Or closer as well ?
@jordonfrancisco9270
@jordonfrancisco9270 7 жыл бұрын
Michel van Biezen Because if it applies to 'how much closer' then the percentage would be 13.6 , am I right ?

That means that the earth is really not a safe place to live for long term of existence and we have to find some other safe place to survive during this extreme
@MichelvanBiezen

Yes, but astronomers are doing their job very well and I believe that sooner or later they will find a habitable place as comfy as earth. We just need more time. Science is developing very fast and we have found many earth-like planets than a decade ago. NASA and all other space agency are doing their best to give humanity new road ahead. We sure will travel in and beyond solar system without any trouble and odds in two or three decades. The progress in space science and technology is way faster than it was a few decades ago. All we need is to come together and help and support each other and yes finance, that is the main thing that holding us back from growing faster.

The challenge of traveling to another solar system is far beyond what we will be able to do for a very long time if ever.

Plenty of Technological hurdles to overcome. One hurdle is speed but I don't think it's that difficult. You can achieve great speeds through gradual acceleration .

but i quite dont understand! if we are closer to the sun why is it cold winter i mean should sun radiate and heat us??
@MichelvanBiezen
@MichelvanBiezen 4 жыл бұрын
Good question. The reason why it is colder when the northern hemisphere experiences winter, (even though we are closer to the Sun), is because most of the land mass is in the northern hemisphere, which affects the climate more severely. Since the Earth precesses, which means that eventually the Earth will be farther from the Sun during the northern hemisphere's winter and it will become much colder then.

The Milankovitch theory is a complicated way of explaining a cycle of about 25,000 years. But ancient books as the Indian Mahabharata and the Mayan Popol Vuh, tell us that the Earth is suffering from a cycle of seven natural disasters. The only possible natural cause of this cycle can be a ninth planet in our solar system, orbiting our sun in an eccentric orbit. Those disasters are causing massive floods, earthquakes, hurricanes and a bombardment of fiery meteors every few thousand years. Several animal species become extinct and mankind hardly survives. If you don't know this cycle, history is incomprehensible. To learn much more about the cycle of recurring floods, the recreation of civilizations and its timeline, and ancient high technology, read the eBook: "Planet 9 = Nibiru". You can read it on any computer, tablet or smartphone. Search for: invisible nibiru 9
