What I've noticed, even though this is 2 games early, Hunter Brown never unravels until the offense refuses to give him run support. Plus, it's disrespectful to Ronel Blanco not to give him run support while the bullpen falls apart. He's going to shove regardless, but now the bats need to stay awake.

@@GetMoneyFuggBidges in my book, 2 or 3 runs in the 1st inning isn't unraveling if he's locked in every other inning with run support. However, he will like "c'mon guys, where are you" each time he returns to the bump and no one has scored lol!

​@JRABBITTT Brown has allowed an American League-high 27 earned runs across his first seven starts and has only gone as many as five innings twice. He gave up 3 runs in the first inning the last time that he pitched. Otherwise, he has a very bad ERA in innings 1 and 2 when he pitches. Prior to the last time that he pitched, these are his stats: 1st inning ERA: 23.14 ERA 2nd inning ERA: 13.50 ERA 3rd - 5thth inning ERA: 0.00 ERA 6th-7th inning ERA: He has only pitched to the 5th inning twice If he is giving up all of those runs in the first 2 innings, he's not giving the team a chance. Teams are not built to come back every game. Hunter Brown cannot start anymore. Arrighetti is starting tonight. I like him better than Brown, but unfortunately, the team has made costly errors behind him, and with his inexperience, he has had to overcome them, but not without giving up runs. He has an 8.27 ERA across his first four major-league starts. Dana Brown just said that the team has to play better and "suck it up." What kind of GM tells any team that? The team practically has no pitching depth. It's his job to address it and he's telling the team to "suck it up?" Dana Brown is nothing more than a scouting director and Bagwell is the acting GM. That is why the team is where it is. The people running this organization are clueless.

Well Astros just won 1st game vs Mariners last night. They are improving but I think it's too early to say they have turned it around. They are in 4th place now and still looking up at the leaders. Give them more time. If they have a 20 game win streak ala Moneyball then maybe they have turned it around. 😎

Agree there isn't a turn around yet until they are above. 500 even then they can't stop
