I still remember travis’s apology. I don’t know why he didn’t speak up when he saw his fans acting like monkeys jumping on the ambulances. The rotary lights were activated which means it would have illuminated the area. His claims of having poor vision is complete nonsense. He could have spoke up & that was the bare minimum expected.

@@daver00lzd00d maybe he had used drugs probably because he said your crazy many times wich people do that use drugs. He is known to use psychedelic drugs. Maybe he was in a dream like state. But if he really cared I agree he would help all the people afterwards. I think he simply has some psychopathic side to him and he doesnt care. But I dont think he wanted people to die. Maybe... He also had this phoenix bird wich has to do with rebirth but it can mean anything. Its not his mistake its the mistake of the company who did not interfene when things where going the wrong route. He is partially responsible but you cannot blame him fully. Maybe he feels really sorry about it but just doesnt know what to do with this emotion. It could be anything. These ''demonic signs'' are not unique its used in more entertainment things just because of the cool aesthetics to people who dont belief in god. But I think drake is a religious guy so thats really weird I dont know i think they should investigate it tho more because its something they should not just leave behind its ridiculous these things can happen on a show. We dont lieve in the medieval era anymore or the aztec empire people now have learned of psychology and subconscious and philosophy its something from the past its not cool its really intensely evil to happen because you only live once for as far as I know so life is precious and even if their is a heaven and hell this still means you should never hurt other people they have a past and a future you dont decide how they live their life and when it ends. So I hope some compasation goes to the families and a sorry instead of the video he posted on instagram.

@ceder4696 There's a good chance he used drugs, the way he acted on stage. And I've got nothing against artists using drugs per se, as long as they don't encourage their fans to do the same (even by example), but if drugs cause you to be so out of it that you cannot adequately notice and/or respond to problems in the crowd, the responsible thing to do would be not to take them. Because that way you're endangering lives by taking yourself out of the safety system. By decreasing the likelihood of issues being spotted. Especially because he had the power to stop the concert, to manage the crowd, to tell people what to do, to keep them calm etc. But under the influence of drugs, combined with what seems like a bottomline almost sociopathic lack of empathy, he didn't take it seriously, not even when he saw the ambulance. When people were getting crushed at a Pearl Jam concert, as soon as Eddie Vedder got notified he halted the concert, said nothing musical was gonna happen for the next five minutes because they needed to solve the problem first. He asked everybody to take three steps back, as a friend, because their friends in the front were hurt. He worked together with the crowd. And they stepped back. At so many concerts artists made their audience make space for people who had fallen down, for emergency services to come in, they've thrown out people for causing a fight or groping women, they have tremendous power. Travis could've told people to get off the ambulance. He could've told people to make space for it. He could've inquired what was happening and finally heard the cries of those who had been calling for help for an hour. But no. Too selfish, too out of it. And 10 people didn't live to tell the tale.

What I will try to focus on remembering are the HEROS who stood up, climbed platforms, lifted/carried strangers out, and held on for dear life to their loved ones, some having to watch them slip from their grip and never return. Pure undeserved hell. I'm still heartbroken for the patrons affected by this tragedy and trauma...the lives lost, the families missing a member...it's unfathomable. And infuriating that NO ONE was held accountable and this sick world was over it and forgot about it within a month. Travis laid low for what a month or two, and was back in the spotlight, enjoying his fame and riches and the freedom they buy and allow him to maintain. I will never ever forget the footage and interviews I watched, the attrocious security stories, the suspect posts/decor/unsettling sounds played during the day that creeped attendees out, and the dark portal theme/vibe. We truly do become the energy of those around us, the music, movies and media we take in regularly...whether consciously or subconsciously. Please be mindful and protect yourself.

I know you shouldn't be allowed to perform ever again with all the deaths that have occurred at AstroWorld because he didn't stop the show and I guarantee you he knew what was going on around him. And not only what happened at AstroWorld what transpired at his previous concerts before AstroWorld such as a kid becoming paralyzed from jumping from a two-story balcony because Travis encouraged him to do so and then when the crowd didn't catch the kid in the kid hit the ground Travis had security drag the kid to the stage and was yelling at his security to pick the kids to hell up so he could give him a ring it's like what bro a ring is not going to make up for that kid losing his mobility and basically having to change everything about his life because of something you encouraged. So I think with all those things being said and all that's transpired and his concerts he should never be allowed to perform again and I'm glad that Egypt is having his new plane Festival cancelled

I still don't understand how Travis seen a kid in a tree at the very back of the crowd, however couldn't see the pools in the crowd of people where there were literally 🕳️ and the people around them were shouting and waving and screaming to stop. The very minimum that should have been done was to stop the show. There's no way promoters weren't aware until it was too late. I still wonder who those two guys were who jumped on stage and spoke to Travis. He just ignored them and turned up the music. Some people literally acted possessed. How do you not help your fellow man? every person of authority completely let the public down. I pray this never happens again

They were already aware it was a mass casualty event (meaning they knew multiple people had died) well over half an hour before the end of the show. Yet the show still continued. The two kids who bravely climbed up on the camera platform to tell the camera man people were dying were ignored. Security and medical staff were overwhelmed, understaffed, and undertrained, but they were at least aware and even they didn't manage to send a message up to the chain of command that actually reached Travis and made him stop. So many of the staff were in places where they could see people pressed together barely able to move their arms. That should NEVER be acceptable, no matter if there haven't been any injuries yet. That's a massively unsafe situation because if one person goes down, all that pressure will push everyone to where that hole has formed and cause those black holes sucking people in. No one should ever have to be squeezed in between people at a concert. So many people dropped the ball. Before this festival had even started, it was already set up for failure.

Very good point indeed. Thankfully this was outdoors in November and since heat rises the majority probably (hopefully) dissipated as it rose up out of the crowd, but it must've been a hellish stove underneath the carpet of shoulders from where the heat couldn't escape. Those who fell on the floor would've been able to get even less oxygen since there would've been barely any circulation of air under there...

When I was a youngster, attending concerts in Jackson, MS, all it took was one (1) deadly event to change how concerts were handled (at least at that time - not sure what the law is now tbh). It was right after 1979's The Who concert disaster in Cincinnati, Ohio (11 killed) when seating became mandatory. No more ticketed standing near the stage - everyone had ticketed seats. As I've continued to learn more over the years about crowd (mis)management, it seems that the more things change (advanced science & tech, increased safety), the more things stay the same.
