Coming from someone who lives near Bush IAH and travels from there often, not a lot a people use the people mover at the airport. For one, it’s underneath the airport and two, it really only goes from terminal to terminal. I believe it is connected to a hotel so hotel guest can take advantage of getting to their correct terminal fast, but other than that people are either parking or getting dropped off at their desired terminal. There’s really no need to travel between terminals once you’re at your terminal for your flight. Still, I never knew this fact and will think of it if I ever visit the mover again.
