I have Mercedes E220D, 2017 W213, I have a problem that the fan would still be running on max. speed for a 1.5 minutes after killing the engine. Knowing that the engine is Model 654. I have relaced the following parts: Fan, Turmos, Water pump, water back feed line. All original parts but the problem is still on. Also no fault found, could you please help me troubleshooting the problem?

It seems like you've already replaced key components that could typically cause the issue of the fan running at high speed after the engine is off. Since no fault codes are present, the problem might be related to one of the following possibilities: 1. **Coolant Temperature Sensor**: Even though you've replaced parts related to cooling, the coolant temperature sensor might be faulty, causing the ECU to think the engine is overheating, leading to the fan staying on longer than necessary. Try checking or replacing the sensor. 2. **ECU (Engine Control Unit) Software**: Sometimes, the software controlling the engine or climate system may have a bug or an error that could lead to the fan running unnecessarily. You might want to check if your car has any available ECU or HVAC module software updates at a Mercedes dealership. 3. **HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Module**: The HVAC system controls the fan, and a faulty module can lead to abnormal fan behavior. This may be an electrical issue with the climate control system, so checking the HVAC module for any errors would be worthwhile. 4. **Residual Heat Function**: The W213 series has a residual heat function that keeps the fan running to maintain cabin temperature even after the engine is off. Verify if this feature is engaged or malfunctioning. 5. **Wiring and Relays**: A bad relay or wiring issue can cause the fan to keep running even after the engine is turned off. You could test the fan relay and inspect the wiring for any shorts or damages. 6. **Ambient Temperature Sensor**: If the sensor is reading abnormally high ambient temperatures, it may cause the fan to run longer to compensate. Verify if this sensor is working correctly. After performing these checks, if the issue persists, it might require more advanced diagnostics from a Mercedes specialist, as some intermittent issues may not immediately trigger fault codes.
