Ok, I am a Southern California contractor and watching this keeps me on edge. The construction crew is absolutely amazing in operational effectiveness and perfectionist. A++ work. I wish Japan had reduced speed laws in construction zones as there is no protective safety between car and person. Even more impressive they maintain quality and safety with the added pressure. Impressive company impressive work. Thank you for sharing.

Excelente trabajo amigos Japoneses.

In all my visits to Japan I've always come across work crews very similar to this. Why? Because even with google maps I get "lost" and I end up taking detours. The video and the other times I've seen this firsthand always show the men with skill and teamwork in the way they do their work. More impressive is the time it takes them to finish.

Does anyone know what's the deal with some of the workers jackets/vests? Are they inflated? If so why? Is it for weather protection or is it a safety thing?

To protect the health of the workers, they wear clothes with electric fans attached to them.
Thank you for watching the video I think Japan still has a lot to learn.
