While we're now on admittedly the weakest story arc of the franchise, I can say that I'm excited to see the reactions to the development between Kazuto and Suguha throughout this story. The two of them patching up their broken sibling bond is definitely the highlight of this storyline, and really pays off some of their future interactions. Also, it's more accurate to say Suguha has confusion towards Kazuto rather than saying that she has feelings for him.

I'm not sure if Japan is alright with marriage between cousins. But it was a plot trope so far with not blood related siblings as one of them is adopted from one's family side. Maybe it's alright if they are second cousin, but in Kirito and Suguha case they are first cousin though.

yes, it is 100% legal and actually pretty normal for first cousin Marriages in Japan. Beyond that, the US is actually one of the only places in the world where it’s looked at his weird. It’s pretty common place in most of the rest of the planet.

вижу русский ник так что отвечу на русском-в защиту Сугу могу сказать что она НЕ влюблена в брата-в новелле четко показана что она после того как узнала что Кирито ей не родной как и любой ребенок пыталась понять откуда тогда эта привязанность к нему,и начала играть в ммо буквально чтобы избежать пересечений с ним,после чего ей просто ПИПЕЦ не повезло что ПЕРВЫЙ же человек в которого она влюбилась в игре оказался ее братом.К сожалению как говорят многие аниме много объяснений вырезало которые делают вещи странными или непонятными

Sugou, on the other hand, is the scumbag who has essentially ransomwared Asuna’s mind for reasons yet to be revealed. Sugou might be the most rightfully hated character in SAO, and makes the same lists alongside Myne/Bitch, Rachel, and Mami.

SAO ended with ep14. And ep15 is beginning of the bullshit, it's ALL downhill from here. 12:16 suguha says "you cant give up on the one you love so easily" which is both for Kirito and herself, because she then thought to herself "I won't lie to myself anymore, either."

Nah, maybe this arc is not so good, but for me 2 season first arc even better then Aincrad arc cause it have development and story without timeskips. Plus we have Alicization which sometimes very good, sometimes "it's ok". I heard that some guys hates all sao after first arc only because "this isn't death game anymore". But this is bullshit imo.
