Like Ares to Kratos, Chakravartin wanted to make Asura incredibly strong. He succeeded.

True! It happens in God of War game that Ares says to Kratos before he was stabbed to death while Kratos wields the giant Blade of the Gods where the statue of Athena is on the bridge, "I was trying to make you a great warrior." He saves his life from fighting the Barbarians, and Kratos accidentally kills his family before becoming the Ghost of Sparta by having revenge on him. On this game, Asura saves his daughter from Chakravartin by unleashing his Wrath once more and killing him with a final punching blow on his head. That's what Chakravartin in his golden spider form told him to release his anger and Asura saves the world by defeating Vlitra with Yasha on his side after they defeated Deus.

@@Ace4573 Did some research on it, & it seems CC2 expected it to do poorly. Also, considering how fast the DLC was released after the game came out, it doesn’t seem like a sequel was intended. Unfortunate, honestly. I would’ve paid top dollar for it. Or at least an HD remaster on current gen consoles.

The QTE was really intense and amazing, but it kinda fucks up your controller. My ps3 controller stopped working after the final Chakravartin battle..
