Asurion Claim iPhone 13 Pro Max 2022

I have never once heard of them trying to send someone to fix your phone. Usually you don't need to even talk to anyone and they immediately offer sending a phone to you, often an upgraded one, and you pay the deductable.

They basically give you something that's been broken and repaired. Perfect.

And they have the cynicism of asking you for your original phone if you don't return it, they charge you and they give you one that they repaired and it's not new I had to pay $249 to get one and it's not new, and it's still marked on the back of the phone with these words remanfacrured by asurion I had to cover the letters with a nice colored Tape because when I put transparent covers on it you can see those letters.

I give it a 5 hands down. I lost my 12 pro max. I didn’t call I did everything through the app though. Anyways it took like 4 minutes. Not even. When I was doing the claim it said my 12 pro max wasn’t in stock how about this option instead? It was a 13 pro max with a $229 dollar deductible. So a upgrade to a basically new 13 pro max for $229! I also did the claim at 4pm central almost 5pm central and got the phone in less than 24 hours the next day at 2pm though UPS. I give them major major props.

Someone else is annoyed that the company sends you a replacement and the back of the phone is branded with the company name. It annoys me because when I put clear cases on the phone, I can see the company name and it says remanufactured by asurion I hate that.

Did you read your insurance policy? Its your responsibility to be informed about the terms. You say you keep calling,but its YOUR claim and can be done and kept up by just you online on their website. No need to call.

what a great video brother, i literally just put in my claim today and im hoping to get it tomorrow and i wanted to see just how new it came and it seems like brand new!! unfortunately they said they need to investigate further to process claim but its in 24 hour range so im praying to get my phone tomorrow just as good as this and they dont give me problems.

@@Vanny_Loi I added a line on my account for a ex friend and he lost it. I got him a iPhone 13 Pro Max. He went on vacation and accidentally dropped it out the window of the car on the highway. He didn’t tell me the phone was lost until a few days later. Then he refused to pay for the device, bill and deductible. so I stopped talking to him. That’s why I said “ ex friend “ Luckily I had insurance and I filled a claim that the phone was lost. I had to pay $272. Asurion didn’t have the green color so they send me a blue one which was fine. I couldn’t cancel the line because it was still on installments so I sold the phone to my sister in law and she’s renting the line so it worked out fine. Trust me I was like you and was scared because of all the bad reviews. but sometimes you can’t listen to reviews because everyone’s situation is different. Also to finish my boring story I did everything online on their website and I didn’t have to speak to a live agent.

Hi, I had a recent 12 Pro Max replacement thru Asurion with AT&T and it was brand new not refurbished the reason I know is because the model number started with an “M” not a “F”

i went through this company 2 times within a year but in my honest opinion i’ll give it a 5 star bc no problem through the calls and the transaction through my card n they say i’ll receive the phone the very next day which it did the first time i went through them i’ll recommend them in my opinion

One question. Don’t you think you could have avoided this that’s if you had a screen protector? No where in the video did you mention a screen protector. You went through all this when a screen protector could have saved you the hassle 🤦🏻‍♂️ I dropped my phone once and the screen protector cracked so all I did was pay $5 for a brand new screen protector and I was on my way.

They don't work 95% of the time with a otterbox defender case. And trust me.. this case saves my phone daily. I never ran one on my iPhone because it didn't jive with the phone case. Two.. screen protectors suck when your phone uses fingerprint sensors. Yeah.. iphone does the facial recognition and doesn't offer the finger print anymore. But it's something to note..

I had to get a new iPhone 13 pro max from Asurion AT&T I got gold it came yesterday I had to wait for them to have more in I didn’t wanted any other color they had black only I didn’t want that color I had black when I use to have iPhone 11 an I like this new iPhone 13 pro max I just got it in June 8th ☺️❤️
