What do you mean by high-end gaming ? 1440p Ultra settings or ?

@@BuXnAMaN Giant towers with extreme graphic cards and motherboards. I found them to be unnecessary for the games I play and they're such a pain to clean, and these days I just don't have to the time. I still got a powerful CPU with plenty of RAM, but nothing that compromises a compact build. A 43" 4K HDR monitor is the only large component since I now watch movies more than play games.

@@gunstargizmo I ask because i plan to get it tomorrow and just wanted to know how it holds up for todays games now that you got it for some time, is it worth a buy over rx6600 8gb for example?. I also plan to use it casually in terms that i only use it for gaming on a 1080p monitor so no need for nothing extra out of it , just to run most new games at 1080p smoothly. I will use it in a combination with a Ryzen 5600x.

@@BuXnAMaN I can play all my games in 4K with max settings at 40fps+. I don’t know anything about the RX6600, but this is the one to get in terms of a compact performance card.

Just ordered this card! Hope it will work well with my RYZEN 3800x the only issue here is the power consumption...... 650 is a lot for a GPU

The GPU won't use anything close to that the 650 is a guideline for total system power required

@@surrodss8745 It's definitely not the power supply as I'm running on a 850w psu gold edition so it definitely isn't the psu lol I've solved the issue now anyway the gpu is actually terrible was using the 3060 Asus 12gb oc edition and its dog sh*t lmao 🤣 I'm running a 3070ti aorus master card now and I tell you what it eats any gpu I've had so far but yh definitely wasn't a psu issue

No it should work just fine. PCIE 4.0 does have a lot more bandwidth but this card can't really use it

I bought this card and upgrade from a gtx 1060 6gb but in games I'm not getting above 100 fps like siege I can't get over 120 when I should from other videos I've seen they get like 200 to 300 when I'm only getting 120 at low settings (I even have the fps cap off)

I have this card paired with i5 12400f in TD300mesh(case) i have to say this card stays around 72-74 on heaven and 72-78 on rdr2 its pretty hot

Its been a year now for this video so i was wondering if this card is still good for 2024 and a couple of years more or should i just get the 4060ti 16gb (Keep in mind its my first build + i plan to use it for light gaming /streaming and content creation) and i plan to use it for my future job cuz im currently studying architecture and interior design)

I used it in my first pc build last month, I only game in 1080p, so I can’t speak for 4k, but it runs everything I play at above 100 fps, I’m also using a Ryzen 7 5800X for my cpu.

@@dominykaz6470 It's very new and about the same in bandwidth requirements as the 3060. Your CPU will be the short fall in both cases but the 7600 just has more raw performance
