@McTyLermore sounds like a battery problem. Try taking out the battery and running it with just the power cord. If that solves the problem, then you need a new battery.

They bullshitting with all these tools. I took mine off with a knife, small Phillips head screwdriver and a flat head screwdriver , and took off the keyboard. Without watching this video first. I watched it afterwards
