You can easily upgrade the Harpe via the upcoming polling rate booster, we have no immediate plans to release an update Harpe as it still offers a compelling value prop. In fact it is on promo right now for $69 dollars. With outstanding build quality, great switches, a performant sensor ( still superior to many on the market ), killer battery life, ultra-low click latency, and more, it is still a compelling offering. With this noted we will evaluate the response to the new coating on the mini and see if we will release a variant for the Harpe.

The max does not include glass skates or a carry case, support BT and the primary switches are rated for half the lifespan. Not the same level of hardware level controls ( polling, LOD and DPI ). There is also a sensor difference both sensors are fantastic but the Harpe Ace does have an edge in this respect as well; lastly it is a "hole design" which some do not like. With these differences noted it is a impressive mouse and a impressive alternative but there are clear differences between the two.

@@ASUSPRNorthAmerica don't get me wrong - I like Asus, especially notebooks. But that "boutique" pricing on some of your products is comically eyebrow-raising.
@ASUSPRNorthAmerica4 ай бұрын
@@2unguska Pricing correlates to features, functions, and overall design. This is also why we offer a range of products and different price points. Depending on your wants/needs and preferences, you may find more value in our TUF GAMING series of products compared to our ROG or ROG STRIX. Critically, products should not always be limited by a set price, especially if you want to focus on innovation. An example is motherboards - We pioneered numerous designs in the industry with more expenwivce offerings carry those first but then rolled out to more models including more entry models overtime. Furthermore it benefits the entire industry as competitors introduced these same innovations. We would not have focused on these innovations if pricing was limited to only more entry offerings. Some examples of these innovations - This includes hardware level microcontrollers for advanced voltage and OC controls, integrated IO shiled, isolated audio designs, USB BiosFlack, integrated fan controls with fan calibration and profiling, EZ PCIe quick release and many others. These are also present in many other product categories. There are extensive number of others big and small across many segments. Hope this adds some insight into the design and development process.

@@FreshReviewsYT a good mouse entirely ruined by a ludicrously unproportionate price, perhaps even great in a vacuum. But we're in 2024 with greats like the op1 8k and a never ending slew of Chinese mice. Video is well made, but a bit disingenuous. This is like claiming the superlight is still innovative. Asus is 2 years too late and like 100$ over priced.
@FreshReviewsYT4 ай бұрын
@@MinehowTech how is it disingenuous to explicitly out of the gate say this is an enthusiast grade mouse. The ulx is $189 and the carbon fiber material quality is horrific. The material is stronger than magnesium, and cheaper than the $289 viper mini signature edition. I get you’re offended by the price, but if you are …. They have a plastic version of the mouse for $110.
@MinehowTech4 ай бұрын
@@FreshReviewsYT because "enthusiast" bullshit tags don't change the fact that it's really not all that special. It's not insanely light, it downst have any crazy hardware, everyone universally agreed that razer was out of their mind trying to justify that high of a price for something so out of date. And while I can appreciate great build quality, it alone is hardly a selling point in 2024. I don't mind paying more for great products, I collect mice like some people collect keyboards. I've probably spent more on my mouse collection the I ever reasonably should have, but I really love mice, and this just isn't gonna be one worth buying at it's price point. Knock off the rog tax and it'll barely cost 200, and while Chinese mice have garbage software, I unfortunately used armory crate with my old Mobo and it's simply the worst piece of software and gaming hardware brand out there makes. There isn't a single selling point that justifies the price in its entirety, maybe just maybe to some people the clicks will be worth it. But for now optical are inferior to old mechanical switches, and barely measurable latency benefits compared to other high end implemtnions of clicks like in the op 1 8k.
