This laptop is a beast, no doubt...but since the silcon shortage and graphic card over prices are coming down u may get rtx 3070 laptop for this price range. The only down side i have of this laptop till now is that AMD graphics doesnot support tensorflow which i need for a machine learning and creating AI models. Other than that all AAA games run smoothly at ultra settings, and it does support raytracing as well as FDFX. The laptop is fast and has great battery backup since its all amd

i have the same laptop and this game runs at 75 fps avg on ultra, sometimes goes to 100 fps and sometimes dips to 55, but never lower than that, and for about a second, so this benchmark is not representative, i haven't even changed the bad ram modules that come with the laptop, maybe it avgs more like 85-90 with good ram on ultra

Is it worth to buy this over legion 5 3070? That laptop costs more.

Its a 50-50 answer. Some games this laptop out performs 3070 and even rtz 3080. But comparing with legion 5 3070, the mux switch it has is a great advantage when it comes to playing games( u may get more fps than this laptop). Apart from games this laptop is a beast in overall performance.

@@TechSaz in benchmarks this is about 15 percent faster than the legion 5 in most games as such AMD cards usually get better with time as drivers inprove so I think this may be better. Further this has more VRam and once the Nvidia super series get launched the 3070 laptop will get outdated.

To all complaining on AC Odyssey performance I get below 60 fps on RTX 3060 and ryzen 5600x. This game optiistaion is a joke.
