asus tp412u no power repair

Nice video, year ago I buy same laptop and wanted to make ram upgrade but unfortunately when I installed ram without taking battery cord off the laptop was never worked anymore, no power no lights, I buyed another also same dead laptop to use only the case of it and I noticed that this dead laptop had same issue so is very sensitive when touching the motherboard parts with battery cable installed. My questions is how to identify which smd transistor is broken because with multimeter cannot seen on video which readings you get? Which value in ohm is good for that transistor?
