There are different variants of the rtx 2050, there's 30W, 50W, 60W and I've seen 75W too. Your 2050 might be the one with 30 or 50W, so it's not pulling enough power to run as well as this

No, i think game also works with 8GB Ram . But yes there will be difference in performance with 8 GB and 16 GB of Ram with RTX 2050. Games performs better with 16 GB of Ram than 8 GB of Ram .

It depends on your use, for long term gaming I don't think so because gpu is entry level gpu and future games will be more demanding. overall for basic tasks I think it should be fine.

For casual gaming it should be okay as you can play in low settings if you are getting low fps. it depends, on ultra settings you will not get good fps. but for most of games after adjusting graphics settings you can get good playable fps.

Jab 2 ram ke slot hon or dono mai Ram ho jaise 8 GB + 8 GB Total 16 GB Ram, wo dual channel ram hote hai. Dual channel Ram 8+8 = 16 GB or 16+16 = 32 GB bhi ho sakte hai depending system support it. In short dono slot mai same ram honi chaiye jaise 8+8 GB = 16GB Dual Channel.
