Is there anything similar coming out with Ryzen 7840U and integrated graphics only, metal body, thinn design, 2 upgradable RAM slots, or 32GB soldered + 1 upgradable RAM slot? Also with other Asus product lines i noticed that medium spec models are all sold out in EU. There is abundance of low spec models and too expensive models. The RTX 4050 lacks RAM or 4070 with way too expensive intel CPU.

i bought this laptop a few weeks ago for 1799 euros. The performances, design and spec's are great for this price. One big problem is that when you do heavy work such as gaming, that the laptop will be very quick veryyyy hot, espacially when you game and recharge your laptop at the same time. Espacially the right side of the laptop because that is the location of the cooling system. That's why i bought a cooling pad for my Asus Vivebook 3605vv-mx118w. All the other things are just perfect for that price. Do someome else have the same problem of overheating with this Asus series? I've read some topics that said that those series are put in with a too heavy GPU and CPU with an insufficient cooling system.......

@@faruknane 2.6-5.4GHz, 14 processor cores, 6 P-cores and 8 E-cores, 20 threads, 32Gb ram DDR4, nvidia geforce rtx 4060 8gb...... It only gets very hot during gaming and recharging, after using this laptop for over a month.

I have had this 16 OLED with i9 139000H and RTX4060. It overheats with 20 seconds of loading Baldur's Gate 3, even faster with MUX enabled. I have to use throttlestop to keep from overheating and still have the laptop just shut down from overheating here and there.

Hey Team Asus, Just ordered my 16X, excited for my first windows machine. Genuine question, I am a bit confused about 16X K3605, the title says OLED but the display is LCD, care to elaborate? I am waiting for a laptop that has bypass charging capabilities. When there is power available, it can be used as a regular PC. When there is no power, it will use the laptop battery. This would be great for extending the battery life. Every company can implement this, but the reason they don't do it is because it would decrease annual sales. I am waiting for a revolutionary company to do this. If they do not, I will do it myself as an engineer. It is quite easy for me to achieve this.

bruh they already did it, my vivobook pro 15 is doin that thing, it charges until 80% then the power source is directly powering the laptop not charging the battery anymore so the battery is not overcharging. you can set it by "My Asus Application". it's called Asus battery care.

@project-du6ei i bought these laptop coz my original target then was lenovo loq is not available. It was just okay. Just fine. I can't say I am happy or fully satisfied. I feel like the performance against the huge price is not worth it. Just so happen that I don't have a choice at that moment.

last year we can buy vivobook oled with intel gen 12 with rtx 3050 in 15.6 inch display. where that vivobook? we need that not everyone need rtx 4060 in compact laptop too expensive and more heavy than rtx 4050. not everyone need and can buy rtx 4060.
