🫠Regarding your question, to check the exact ram cap check here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qnyoe4ehi9mbarM we have upgraded this laptop to a 32GB, but there are few reversions that can only take 16gb. Regarding your question, remove the ram and disconnect the battery and press and hold the power button for 15sec then place the ram and connect the battery and power on and wait 5-15sec to post. you bios is stock and is not doing mem check, in order to force mem check fo the above. to disconnect the battery cable slide the metal bracket on top of the connector back about 2mm and then lift the white jack up straight towards the ceiling. But the model with x512da with r5 3500u has 4gb on board ram and only has 2400 mhz ram frequency, how the hell can we use 2400 with 3200 mhz , will it not be a bottle neck issue 😊@uFixTek
