Thanks a lot!!! Incredible, my laptop used to take 10 minutes to boot for about one year. I formatted it and then it would need 5 minutes. Now i cleaned it thoroughly thanks to you and voilà : now it boots in about 1 minute. Pretty cool!

Thank you, can you help why my Asus X55C stopped turning on after I exit from bios? No changes done but power and battery lights are on, tried all type of hard reset with ram hd removed but didn't work. The on board ram is not heating, where I can't remove it. Next can the bios battery be the cause as I have not changed it since years? Please help.

I have x55a. I removed all screws, also uneder keyboard. Still cant take off shielding, something holds at usb ports.

I did all this cleaned and joined all together but laptop is not working … when power button pressed only power and numlock led are on and nothing on display… and after few minutes all turn offs
