Here is the video on How to Unlock Bootloader in Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1.

Steps to Unlock the Bootloader:
Pre-requisite:
01. Backup your data.
02. Charge your phone battery atleast 50% and more but I will recommend to have atleast 80% or more.
03. Configure the below mentioned:
a. Enable Developer Options.
b. Enable USB Debugging.
c. Installing Minimal ADB and Fastboot Setup.
d. Installing the Asus ADB and Fastboot Drivers.
04. Here is the Video for all the above steps (1-3):
• Asus Zenfone Max Pro M...
05. Reboot your phone in bootloader mode.
06. Connect with your PC via USB Cable.
07. Open Minimal ADB and Fastboot Setup tool that was installed in the step: 3 Part - C.
08. Type Fastboot Commands as used in video to confirm whether your Phone is able to communicate via Fastboot Drivers with PC:
a. Fastboot Devices
b. Fastboot oem enable_camera_hal_3 true
09. Download the Bootloader Unlock file from the below mentioned URL as mentioned in the video:
drive.google.com/drive/folder... (RAR Format). (If it does not work then you can use the second link as mentioned below).
drive.google.com/open?id=1-Hw... (ZIP Format).
10. Extract the downloaded file and and navigate to the Unlock folder afterwards.
11. Open unlock.bat file and then click on it to unlock the bootloader.
12. By now the bootloader will be unlocked.
13. That's all about Unlocking the bootloader.
14. After this you have to setup your phone like you had done when you have unboxed the phone for the very first time.

Bro unlocking bootloader will void your phone's warranty. But you can also relock the bootloader to get your phone's warranty back.

Bro when I open the unlock file it does nothing to my phone I already updated my usb driver and put my phone to fastboot mode what maybe the problem? i have checked fastboot drivers they are working fine. i am on android 9 n my laptop on win10.

Bro confirm whether fastboot drivers are working fine at your end? For that you may try to enable camera 2 api like i did in my video. Do keep me posted.
