Isn't the giant frog Gusion it's CW form? Like how 4th Form Barbs was the original Barbs and iirc Ryusei-Go was just Flauros with a fresh coat of paint.

Actually the ggrfc was made from blueprint data from the calamity war which was combined with Akihiro’s battle data for more performance, so the full city is basically what it looked like in the calamity war kinda.

What does gusion look like during calamity war? Im very curious about his pre-war model before he turned into an armored juggernaut later becomes sub-armed ape with pliers. Overall, i pretty love the rebake and its later upgrade alongside barbatos

​@@ninjamonke9448that is plausible considering that Teiwaz tried to do that with Barbatos (since there isn't much to add on the 90% completed Barbatos). Then again, Gusion Rebake is just a retrofitted Gundam Frame with leftover barbatos and graze parts. A little headcanon is that, like its Brewer loadout, being a space unit, it is just heavily armoured. Being a part of the early generation of gundam frames, it doesn't have much going on besides having the bulk and armor, being comparable to full armour type mobile suit.

Look, as much as I like this version, I was still a bigger fan of the old custom, the one that looked like a green turtle, that custom looked menacing. and besides, there were the vuncans and those powerful 400m cannons

the reason why gusion could have that hard armor type is because the recent user was only fighting in universe so they don't have to deal with gravity, but tekkadan fights anywhere so they can't do that, i really like the green turtle too tho

You do know that long range weapons are very impractical against Gundam frames? Was like explained in the first season As long as they have long enough range the laminate protects the MS from it That was wy mc gillis aimed for the booster which had near none left It reduces impact of hits across the aera and you would had to aim for importsnt stuff to make rifles work Thats why so much high explosive is used The knockback of the impact can stagger an opponent The only long range that works well ln ibo gundams are the railguns

​@@minhpn5711GRFC looks like a tank snd acts like one. Super heavily armored so some weak ass rifle rounds aren't gonna penetrate the armour. Just because the show doesnt have pussy shit laser swords and guns doesn't mean it's handled badly.
