Great, but I have not understood the point about doctor: why should it be ok to use it with somebody that has a Medical Doctorate but not with somebody who has a Philosophy Doctorate?

I never desired to sit in a rich person's cafe, but I also didn't want to be on academic probation again either. Berkeley Psychologist, probation protocol, said none of the successful people you see would be able to get in today. I would add, only a handful of the successful people would be able to replicate their success in today's far, far more competitive environment. 2) And what is Spring Break?
