Humility has always been strong with this professor (sorry - teacher). I loved his two classes at NYU back in 1997.

How important is humility in investing? Respect markets! Liked the concept of humble money and arrogant money!

Really a deep thought behind every word he is speaking. Really Awesome and worth listening it again and again rather than listing exciting junk on social media

I feel-interviewer is not ready to interview prof aswath damodaran.. He is an intellectual, and a nice person who can stand this person without losing temperament or showing any sort of disrespect.

Great, but I have not understood the point about doctor: why should it be ok to use it with somebody that has a Medical Doctorate but not with somebody who has a Philosophy Doctorate?

9 minutes I stopped the video. I understood that he values companies doesn't want to sell or pitch ideas to others like MF managers. I feel then he should only be uploading his videos on valuations as a teachings on his channels not be appearing for interviews like Ashish Kacholia, Dolly Khanna, RadhaKishan Damani who are some of the big investors in India.

Hey, I'm back. His daddee did write half the book, right?
@derrickadam102611 ай бұрын
After this, he never gonna reveal what his parents' occupations were. There's a reason why at the top U.S. medical schools ~50% or more of the students have at least one parent who is a doctor. I never seen one little ass boi set so many grown ass men straight. Bet.
@derrickadam102611 ай бұрын
Bruh, TSA said he jumped on a plane back to San Diego. That's what I thot. Us NC State students want to know one thing, ain't he the guy affiliated w/ the two most expensive universities in the U.S., NYU & USC? U sure he didn't come from privilege?
@derrickadam102611 ай бұрын
Bet. Nah u right again. You deadass a brick fucking wall. You were handheld to see Evan Spiegel. Macho man volunteered. That book royalty be doing all the talking and paying rent for the cushy Manhattan apartment I try to flex from.
@derrickadam102611 ай бұрын
Bet. Deadass, u not scared of anyone. You know they don't come with that same energy when they have to face you in-person. I side with Mark Leonard, too. Deadass budget hotels at least come with microwaves.
@derrickadam102611 ай бұрын
Nah bro. U the microwave, u be cooking grown ass people left and right.

Hey, anyone with half a brain, ask mommee what they have to do for my brother only to still become nothing. Must have been me who brought up tutoring? 1) Fail out 2x or swallow your pride? I never desired to sit in a rich person's cafe, but I also didn't want to be on academic probation again either. Berkeley Psychologist, probation protocol, said none of the successful people you see would be able to get in today. I would add, only a handful of the successful people would be able to replicate their success in today's far, far more competitive environment. 2) And what is Spring Break?
@MelliTheDonkey929311 ай бұрын
Bet. Nah u right tho. Do what u gotta do to tread water. Learning always better than coping bodies. Also, parents of disabled kids someway, somehow must find the money to pay to send their kids to a private school for their kids. Same story. I don't do tutoring to get ahead, I do tutoring to stay afloat. There's a difference. #Zuck Diamond Merchant Daddee vs. My Daddee who doesn't even know my major. Realistically, you didn't expect to get into Stuyvesant when you're competing against kids whose parents are doctors and lawyers? I barely graduated high school, but when I did, I passed through metal detectors to do it. #NewYorkPublicSchools
@MelliTheDonkey929311 ай бұрын
Bet. Nah u don't have to worry, they like u even more when u keep it a buck: The cost of tutoring was less and actually invested something back into you vs. PS4 + PS5 + video games + vacations + Netflix + Hulu + Disney+ + New Highlander + Square (Oh yes I am a donkey) + 2 MacBooks + Microsoft Surface + iPad + Amazon Echo Alphabet Soup Transcript + Coach-ability = God of War Like Humility ...And that is the reason Jobs stands head and shoulders above everyone. Should I repurchase shares? #Fatherless #BillCampbell
@MelliTheDonkey929311 ай бұрын
Bet. And all this from my burner account, like KD. Should have listened to John Adams and studied psychology. You wouldn't ever be in a position to ask for help. Or u should have gone to CUNY. Would have saved a buck, but your work ethic would still be shit today.
@MelliTheDonkey929311 ай бұрын
BTW. One of the Berkeley girls left a thong in my laundry. Never knew a single, vertical piece of cotton can do all that. Abstraction.
@MelliTheDonkey929311 ай бұрын
Bet. So they did do Melli's pastime en route to NYU Hassenfield Children's Hospital. There's a time and place for everything.
@derrickadam102611 ай бұрын
If any one of these are true, you already lost at life vs me, will never be my equal, and is exonerated from mentioning humility: Live in a mansion Fly private or first-class Drive a new/luxury vehicle Take weekends off Had at least one vacation that you agreed to Keep it a buck.

Bet. Damn my son straight up embarrassing people. Unapologetically. But u right tho. U need somebody who comes from nothing and became something to comment on a real one like you. Everybody else lack cache.

Bet. It was a wrap at age 22, so I’m not sure what grown ass people are getting on with.
