Beautiful tie and very unique. Tungsten is expensive as mentioned, why not simply epoxy a small coin or flat piece of lead underneath? A penny saved…

That brown fades when fished over time and too much of it leaves an odor that turns off fish.

Wouldn't you want to use Dumbbell eyes so that the fly is always upright?

Kevin Adley Kevin, The fly does ride upright. The tungsten mixed with epoxy is quite heavy. Dumbbell eyes will work fine but you forfeit the shape.
