Thats because it is applicable on computer automated tests. Not on L3 as its written exams and needs manual checking.

Sir, now there is also a hack to pay earlybird fees at time of standard registration by simply applying for the scholarship, until the result of the scholarship is announced you get time to pay for your exam under earlybird fees even after the time have passed for it

exactly , this is wrong info , ye info k kaarn mere friend ne late fee bhari kyuki early reg k time uske pass passport nai tha toh use laga ki register kerne nahi denge , what to say atleast he should check the new norms before saying this in the video, my friend had to pay 25k extra just because he was told ki you cant register now w/o passport
